The design concept attached was developed to address the growing need for community based Long Term Care allowing for like minded individuals to formulate a Club concept of ownership and cooperation, thereby dividing the cost construction and of ownership and a thereby divisible 24 hour Live-In Nursing Aid Cost.

Initially our two page design is available to anyone requesting local licensing.

Cost of the license fee for one time design construction on your own site is $1,000.00.

Ultimately it is our hope simply to have a needed concept of Community Based Care within our keenly designed residential setting developed throughout America and, the world under a franchise licensing for larger geographic areas which shall include but at the option of initial single licensed design sites (under early site licensing) which shall not necessary be included within overall management concept then produced for those inclusive geographic franchise areas.

Obviously, should the Micro Nursing Home concept development not catch-on in what management considers a workable scheme for development or offering as either a later Chain or Franchise scheme; no further efforts will be put forth; or, should be assumed to have been agreed to be ever have been put forth by initial parties purchasing one license for construction of a singular location at $1,000.00 each.

This not being a franchise offering, or, scheme of any kind greater than our offer now to provide a two page set of simple design drawings which licensed parties may or in future may not wish to build in an exacting format; or, hire qualified architects in their own area to complete construction drawings and, construct at all.

Mostly, this concept for Micro Nursing Home development is an end of career concept developed by our President, James O. Mourek, as addressing the question as to what he personally might do to enhance the lives of elders who might benefit from the concept in a need to seek 24 hour care, but, not themselves being able alone to afford such care costs.

As for our part; initially, the two page architectural design concept drawing (via' emailed attachment, upon payment) is all we have to offer; that, for-sale at $1,000.00 per two-page copy for up to just one singular constructable site.

Initially, should additional sites be desired; each additional constructable site shall be at a cost of $1,000.00 in Licensing Fee for our two page set of Micro Nursing Home architectural design drawings and licensing.
